A new apartment block is planned next to the Western Bypass

in Vilnius city municipality Project proposals for a new block of flats prepared by Eventus Pro will be considered. The new block of apartment buildings will be divided into two parts (Mozūriškių g. 6 and Mozūriškių g. 8) and will be developed by different companies.

"On the plots Mozūriškių st. 6 and 8, a group of multi-apartment residential buildings with underground car storage and the environment required for service and use is being designed. It is planned to install 334 apartments in these houses", the design proposals state.

The design proposals indicate that the spaces of the new quarter will be formed by tracks, spaces that will be dedicated to children's playgrounds and sports.

Vilnius city municipality also informs that the projects presented for public consultation have not yet received the approval of the municipality - specialists make decisions after evaluating not only project solutions, but also public comments.
