In the very heart of Vilnius, Sodų str. and Seinų st. at the intersection, an exclusive plot belonging to UAB "PPI GROUP" for the development of an apartment house project was sold. The plot was purchased by closed auction "Oak" and "Etapas Group" companies will develop the "Senamieścio Sodai" project of prestigious class apartments there. The deal was brokered by “Newsec".
After the closed auction held in 2023, in April of this year the companies announced that they had completed the purchase-sale transaction of the plot and the project planned for it. The facility is located in the heart of Vilnius city, on Sodų street, close to food, culture, co-working spaces, Halle market, TechLoft project and many other popular places in the city.
Thanks to the prestigious neighborhood of the old town of Vilnius and its visited objects, as well as the exclusivity of the project, the object attracted a lot of attention from potential buyers.
According to "Eika", one of the companies that purchased the plot, "not only the location of "Old Town Gardens" is extraordinary, but also the space designed for living. In addition to standard apartments, the project will offer a choice of exclusive apartments on the upper floors, from which the Old Town will open. panorama, and the ceiling height will reach up to 5 meters. For those who want more space and even greater privacy, a type of housing rarely found in projects is planned here - urban cottages. It is a two-story, 80-100 sq. m. meters of space, which will have separate entrances, terraces and panoramic windows throughout the entire height of the building."
