General provisions

1. The rules for the use of the online portal www.madeinvilnius.lt (hereinafter - the Portal) and the privacy policy (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the conditions and procedure for using the Portal and the basic principles of collecting, processing and storing personal data, based on which the Portal manager - UAB "Naujosios medijos" group", legal entity code 304392480, registered office address Švitrigailos st. 16B-82, Vilnius (hereinafter - the Company), processes the personal data of Portal visitors (hereinafter - the User).

2. All visitors to the Portal - both registered persons and non-registered persons who use the Portal - by joining the Portal and (or) using it, confirm that they are properly familiar with the Rules and agree that the provision of information (including personal data) and (or) otherwise processing it in the Portal would be considered as a proper consent for the Company to process such information to the extent necessary to manage and ensure the functioning of the Portal.

3. The portal manager reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules without any additional notice to the User. When the User visits the Portal, the Rules valid at the time of the visit are applied, therefore the User is recommended to familiarize himself with the Rules during each visit.

Collection and processing of personal data

4. Depending on the nature of the specific Services ordered by the Portal visitor, the following Personal data is collected and stored:

When processing and storing the User's personal data, the Portal Manager will implement organizational and technical measures that will ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or illegal destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other illegal processing.

6.1. in order to provide you with our services, we provide you with the opportunity to use the portal's functions (write comments, report information, select content, etc.);

6.2. in order to ensure the functionality of the portal, to improve it, to offer you better and customized services;

6.3. to measure and improve the performance of our portal and social media accounts.

7. Personal data of the Portal visitor will be used for sending Portal news, offers, events, comment responses and other information related to the services provided by the Portal by e-mail. This information is sent when the Portal visitor expresses separate consent by ticking the corresponding box. The Portal visitor can opt-out of such news and information at any time by notifying the Portal manager by e-mail or by clicking on the interactive link at the bottom of the received message regarding the desire not to receive direct marketing messages in the future.

9. In order to make the use of the Portal by the Portal visitor faster and more convenient, the Portal manager uses cookies. Cookies are small files that are sent and installed on the computer of the Portal visitor. The installed information is used by the Portal manager to recognize the Visitor and to monitor the Portal attendance statistics.

10. The portal visitor has the opportunity to view in his browser what information (cookies) the Portal manager installs, and to delete part or all of the installed cookies. 11. All rights to the Portal and the works contained therein are protected by the laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. No content and other textual, graphic or other information on the Portal may be reproduced, made publicly available or distributed without the prior written consent of the Portal administrator. If consent is obtained, it is always necessary to indicate www.madeinvilnius.lt with an active link as the source of information.

Final Provisions

12. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to the rules. All disagreements between the Portal and the Visitor are resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through negotiations, such dispute shall be finally resolved in the courts in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
