Design proposals for a new hotel building on Didlaukis Street were presented to the Vilnius City Municipality. The two-building building would be built on an undeveloped plot: building 1A - 5 floors, building 1B - 2 floors. The solutions for this building will be discussed with the public at the public meeting.

"On the underground floor, a common car storage is planned under both buildings, auxiliary rooms are planned in the southern part of building 1A, technical rooms for engineering inputs - in the western part of building 1B. Entrance halls, elevators and staircases for access to other floors, common rest areas, bathrooms are planned on the first floors of both buildings. knots The remaining area will be used for hotel rooms. On other floors, the main area is occupied by hotel rooms. Each room has a separate sanitary unit with a shower, toilet, and sink. The rooms are planned to have a mini-kitchenette, a bed and a desk," the design proposals say about the future hotel building.

It is also indicated that rest areas for guests are planned on the first floor, on the common open terrace between buildings 1A and 1B. Terraces and balconies are not planned on typical floors.

Design proposals are published for the second time

It is indicated that the publicizing of project proposals is being organized for the second time. The first publication of project proposals took place in 2022. May 19 17.00:2022 p.m. It is reported that the project proposals were approved on 11/03/XNUMX.

"The project proposals are being published repeatedly, because the configuration of the 1B body of the planned building on the plot has changed by more than 1 meter. The number of hotel rooms has decreased, which has reduced the need for parking spaces. The second exit from the underground car park has been removed. One entrance and exit to the underground car storage is being designed, thus reducing the impact on the surrounding residents. The total area of the building has decreased. The intensity of construction has decreased. The materiality of the facade is not changed. Facades, window and door locations are minimally changed," the design proposals say about the circumstances of re-publicization.
