The residents of Žirmūnai were speechless: a resident of one apartment building decided to "reserve" a place in the yard by simply drawing numbers on the asphalt. For this, together with like-minded people, he took aerosol paints, a stencil and in broad daylight drew lines, special signs and the car's registration number right on the asphalt.
As we can see in the recorded material, the men freely decided that the place in the yard belongs to one of them. They did not buy or rent a parking space, but simply painted it with aerosol paint on the asphalt. This behavior made the neighbors very angry.
Such labeling is illegal. According to the witnesses of the event, the men did not even collect the garbage after such a "talk".
In addition, during the day, one man obviously couldn't stand it and decided to urinate right on the bushes near the parking lot. This behavior has further outraged residents, who say that children returning home from school can also see such images.
Such residents who draw some signs on the parking lot and seek to reserve a place for themselves are violators and do such actions illegally. Urinating in a public space during the day is also intolerable behavior. Such behavior can be punished, and the video material is transferred to the e-police.
