August 10 The eighth burger festival "Vilnius Burger Fest" will take place in Tymos market. The festival, which has become an integral part of the urban summer, will once again drown Vilnius in the appetite-stimulating food smells.
Up to 7000 people are usually fed at the burger festival. The crowd of visitors longing for new experiences is attracted by burgers prepared exclusively for festival visitors. As usual, at the festival it will be possible to choose from almost 30 different burger options for people who appreciate different ingredients or preparation methods.
Gourmet (French gourmet) the freshest, high-quality products are used in the production of burgers. The complex parts of the dish are not prepared using mass production methods, and the combination and presentation of the ingredients show the skill and professionalism of the chefs.
Gourmet burger makers emphasize the importance of healthy products grown by local farmers, pay close attention to the values of responsible consumption and production, and adhere to common sustainability standards. At the same time, festival visitors are invited to enjoy themselves responsibly - there is no competition here to see who can eat more or faster.
Gourmet burgers became a favorite choice in the world more than a couple of decades ago, and reached Lithuania eight years ago.
This year, the following will prepare burgers: Ashtriai Aštru, Bao Bao, Barbeque Burgers, Burger Street, Drama Burger, Desrainis24.lt, Du Kaimynai, Hofman, Just Look At The Chef, Meatlovers, Ramo Dūmas, Sinners Burgers.
The festival "Vilnius Burger Fest" will take place in Vilnius Tymos market (Maironio/Aukštaičių str.), August 10. from 11:00 a.m. to 23:00 p.m. Entrance to the festival is free.
