As this building is much too tall compared to the surrounding buildings, reducing its floors and then renovating it would be the real renovation. And now the Soviet scarecrow on Gedimina Ave will remain like that.
"entrance for people with individual needs" - here for those who want to enter one at a time? and why do you need to sell another government building, why not rent it for a hundred years at the same price, eh?
Maybe the Ministry of the Environment would better use EU funds for connecting residential houses to the centralized domestic sewage network?? We have been waiting for 30 years - no money!!!

Need money for defense? No, it is even more important to ensure "appropriation" to the friends and supporters of the ruling parties.

That building is the scariest on Gedimina Ave. It's good that they will do something, but it would be better to destroy it altogether 😄
OK, but it would be best if at least the major part of Gediminas Avenue was reserved for pedestrians only.
I hope the exterior will not be renovated with plaster or plastic panels type ventilated facade. Light ceramic tiles are best suited
FIRST, update public transport - a real SHAME of the capital
What is the government and municipal property?
