I'm reading and I don't understand...the Ministry of Internal Affairs is building a rehabilitation center for its clerk?...it's interesting here, somehow all private businesses provide employees with additional or health insurance, or buy sports subscriptions, or something else...and here even the government is building rehabilitation centers for its clerk... it's really like that, when all kinds of housing allowances, food allowances, council cheques, allowances, etc. there really won't be any money for teachers or doctors... keep on teaching
