Vilnius city municipality informs that on a private plot, at the address Konstitucijos pr. 14A, five ash maples are planned to be removed. These are invasive trees, they are unmaintainable and a permit is not required to cut them.

A business center is being designed on the plot.

A total of 18 trees grow on the plot. Some of them are large and in good condition, growing in the middle of the plot, others on the edges of the plot. Since the planned construction of the underground part of the building will occupy almost the entire plot, it is planned that all the trees on the plot will be felled, with the payment of mandatory compensation, which will be calculated Vilnius city municipalities, after obtaining a building permit.

According to the design proposals, it is planned to install: 383 m² greenery in the natural framework area (south side) and 589 m² greenery in the rest of the territory (north side). The total planned green area is 972m², which will make up 15,1% of the plot area.
