In Vilnius, in Fabijoniškės, a woman collided with a scooter rider while driving a car. They did not collide in the true sense of the word, but simply met each other and a conflict occurred, because the scooter driver decided to teach the driver, reports LNK.
A verbal confrontation took place, the driver slowed down to allow the scooter to pass, but the scooter drivers had claims.
The speech lasted about a minute, but probably 50 seconds of that minute was just swearing.
At the point of collision there is parking lot, but most likely the people who made it are the residents of the neighboring apartment building, since cars no longer fit in the yards. From the place where the scooter was riding, there is a sign that the place is for a bicycle. But from the place where the woman entered with the car, there is no such sign.
The authorities will find out who is to blame, but the most interesting detail is that the scooter rider is not an ordinary person, he is Giedrius Vitkauskas, the head of the response department of the Elektrėnai Police Commissariat.
The driver of the car posted his photo on Facebook and people immediately recognized him, as well as the subordinate and his boss. The behavior of the officer is evaluated and, as law enforcement officers say, higher requirements are placed on police officers than on ordinary people. These are not only physical, but also moral and behavioral requirements.
The driver of the car says that the car was also damaged.

- The video that appeared is evaluated negatively and such behavior of the officer is intolerable, therefore, according to the management's decision, it will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable legal requirements. The video and all materials have been forwarded to the Immunity Board officials for evaluation and a decision will be made in the near future as to whether to initiate an official inspection. Also, the material will possibly be handed over to the officers' ethics commission, which will also consider the officer's behavior, is it ethical?
The decision of the Ethics Commission does not have direct legal consequences, but it is taken into account when evaluating the official's service during the annual evaluation. And this will be taken into account when evaluating the officer's performance.
