The streets are maintained normally only in the so-called prestigious districts, although if they were cleaned more, the whole of Vilnius would become prestigious, but it is a pity for the provincials sitting in the Vilnius government.
I have never seen such negligence in the management of Skroblų street. They shaved off the good asphalt, left everything and turned it into a real potholed dirt. Now neither for pedestrians nor for driving. There is no order in Vilnius, there is none.
