Finland's main airline, Finnair, has announced that it will begin voluntary weighing of passengers and their hand luggage. Due to this intention of the company, it did not take long to react to various foreign news media such as CNN, "Times", BBC and others.

Although Finnair would not be the first airline to make such a decision, it is becoming one of the first in Europe. In 2023, Korean Air carried out anonymous weighing of passengers along with their carry-on luggage for certain flights.

In the same year, Air New Zealand ran a similar program for some passengers flying on its long-haul routes, such as between Auckland and New York JFK.

We want to ask you, do you agree that more and more airlines should weigh passengers before the flight?
