LTG group passenger transport company "LTG Link" expands the possibilities of train ticket sales: starting today, tickets can already be bought at Narvesen outlets and Lietuvos Spaudos kiosks, soon all Perlo terminals will sell tickets. In this way, the "LTG Link" ticket sales network will be filled with more than 2 new points of sale throughout Lithuania.

The sale of train tickets starts today at the "Narvesen" and "Lietuvos spaudos" kiosks, and from April 16. tickets will also be conveniently available at all Perlo terminals. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase one-time tickets to travel on local and international transportation routes served by LTG Link, which means that residents of all Lithuania will have special conditions to buy tickets in an extremely wide retail network at the same prices as in other LTG Link train ticket channels.

"Our goal is to encourage residents to choose sustainable train journeys more and more often. The possibility to buy a train ticket closer to home or workplace is another step in increasing the availability of services to the widest possible range of passengers. We are very happy that the selected sales partner "Perlas Finance" can offer additional convenient options for train passengers to purchase tickets," says LTG Link manager Kristina Meidė.

According to K. Meide, the wide network of train ticket sales will be supplemented by the ticket vending machines currently installed at the stations in about a month. According to "LTG Link" data, about one third of all tickets sold are purchased at cash desks in train stations, which is why a solution was sought to expand physical points of sale to make the purchase of train tickets even more accessible and convenient for all residents of Lithuania. The new sales channel is expected to be more convenient for those who until now pay in cash at station ticket offices or buy tickets on the train from travel attendants.

"Perlo" terminals have been serving the residents of Lithuanian cities, towns and villages for fifteen years - we are well known and conveniently accessible to people. "After receiving LTG Link's invitation to adapt its well-developed service network to the sale of train tickets, we accepted the offer because we believe that by cooperating we can be even more useful to our customers," says Kęstutis Gataveckas, director of Perlas Finance.

In the first phase, Perlo terminals will provide the opportunity to purchase one-time tickets for local and international destinations, as well as tickets with discounts, student discounts, and POLA card holders.
