From Vilnius to Athens (Greece) direct flights will be operated by the national Greek air carrier "Aegean" already in April this year. Although it has been possible to fly from Vilnius to Dubai since last year, those who plan to fly to Africa, the Far East or Australia will find it more convenient and easier to plan their trips, having more choices. The United Arab Emirates is an increasingly popular destination among Lithuanian travelers. The flight will last about six hours, the first flight will take place on October 13. These new destinations should certainly be popular and attractive to travelers, as until now the choice of direct flights has been extremely limited. Hungarian low-cost airline "WizzAir" no longer operates flights from Lithuania to Reykjavik, and Athens and Dubai have not been on offer for some time.
