Mykolas Kleopas Oginskis is one of the representatives of the famous noble family of Oginskis. MK Oginskis was a multi-talented personality: politician, diplomat, member of the Seimas of the Republic of Both Nations, Vilnius University honorary member of the scientific council, member of the rebel government of Lithuania, member of the national supreme council of Lithuania, fosterer of ideas of social reforms, writer of memoirs, composer. Andrius Oginskis, Mykolos Kleop's father, took care of his son's musical education. He invited the composer Jozef Kozlovski to the palace, as well as the famous Italian violinist GB Viotti, later Dž.
