    Now it would be nice if the Polish government allocated a similar stolen amount to at least one tram line in Vion. But thieves will remain thieves.

    The author apparently communicated closely with the officials of the Russian Empire, so she knows exactly who the money was intended for :-). And Pilsudskis was able to create and arm combat spells for them, which later became the army that defeated the Bolsheviks in 1920-1921 mm... How would Lithuania manage to defend itself against them alone, and where would we be now?
