"Now we have another important message. A name partner for an arena is one of the most important," said Twinsbet Arena Director Andrius Žiauberis on April 10.
However, the new name on the capital's biggest arena angered the mayor of Vilnius, Valdas Benkunskas. From now on, it will be inflected with the name of the betting company, which, according to the mayor, does not add beauty to the city itself, LNK news reports.
"Neither betting, nor betting advertising, nor the betting business decorates our social life. I would like it to be as little as possible, so that it is as visually visible as possible," he said in the LNK report V. Benkunskas .
V. Benkunskas does not rule out that The Seimas currently preparing amendments to the Gambling Law, the name of the Vilnius Arena will soon be changed again.
