Last year In Vingo Park there were many events. Naturally, the meadow in the central square was used and became sparse in places. The public institution "Vilnius City Parks", in preparation for the new season of events and the upcoming centennial Lithuanian song festival, is organizing Sąjūdis Square in Vingis Park. April the lawn is sown here.
"The wet weather is very favourable, so we expect the grass to emerge quickly and grow well. Seeing the sign Attention! The grass is sown please do not walk in the area, do not ride bicycles on it, do not allow pets to dig in it. Thank you for your understanding", announces "Vilnius City Parks".
