Ukrainians continue to expand their business in Lithuania. We recently wrote about the Lviv bar "Piana Vyshnia", which opened at the beginning of November. This time, we are presenting a food cart where you can buy casts made according to the Kharkiv recipe.
The cart was founded by two Ukrainians who decided to recreate the pancake recipe from their student days in Vilnius. Oleh and Ruslan often ate pancakes with various fillings during their student days in Kharkiv. in Ukraine they worked in information technology and owned their own grocery stores. After arriving in Lithuania, the guys decided to start a new business idea.
That's how the idea arose to introduce the people of Vilnius to their favorite taste of pancakes from their student days. They turned the minibus into a kitchen on wheels and in it they make casts with various flavors and fillings.
Here you will find salty and sweet flavors. According to the founders of the cart, the pancakes here are made from high-quality ingredients, and their taste is really different from those made in Lithuania. The okroshka on the menu, which cannot be bought anywhere else in Vilnius, also attracts considerable interest from Lithuanians.
The owners of the "1323 Pancakes" food cart have plans for expansion. They plan to open a restaurant where they can offer Lithuanians not only pancakes, but also other recipes of the Ukrainian city directly from Kharkiv.
