Most of the reports of the more influential startup ecosystems do not even mention Lithuania at all;
If you are not lazy, read the original. Apart Vinted's and one graph (page 38) where Lithuania is TOP5, does not say anything good about us. Why we draw a conclusion about the mecca of startups is not clear.

And Skype is not even an Estonian company, the framework of that platform was created in Estonia, but the company itself was created in Sweden and Denmark.
There is a lot of wrong information in that report.
