The start-up's founder, Kane Linton Harrison, applied to register Wombat Invest Europe on April 4, according to data from the Register Center.
Wombat, founded in London in 2019 and focused on beginning investors, offers to invest in European and JAV shares of companies listed on the stock exchanges, by buying small parts of them.
