The block of cottages developed by the real estate developer Grand House LT in Antežeriai, near Vilnius, has reached the end of the first construction phase. Currently, 68 houses have been built, and the entire project, in which 12 million will be invested. euros, it is planned to be completed by the end of this year.

A total of 3 houses will be built in the block of Antežeri cottages, covering an area of almost 151 hectares, combining 4 or 5 apartments each. All of them will be of the same height and area - two stories with a mansard, 80 square meters each. m. The total residential area of the block will reach 10,56 thousand square meters.

"The future Antežeriai quarter will be one of the best developed and infrastructure-equipped cottage quarters not only in Vilnius, but also in the whole of Lithuania. Last year saw almost a sixth more deals on cottages and detached houses in the capital. We hope that the Antežeriu quarter will help meet the growing needs of Vilnius residents," said Jonas Skerla, director of Grand House LT UAB.

The block created by the architectural design company "Globalus projektavimas" will stand out with a lot of attention to common spaces. There will be leisure and sports grounds for people of different interests and ages - from babies and children, their parents to older residents. Among such stationary structures will be exercise equipment and playgrounds, board games and rope climbing, and leisure areas adapted for children with special needs.

According to J. Skerlas, one of the reasons why people choose cottages is a balanced relationship between privacy and community.

"The terrace and inner courtyard provide a sense of privacy and space, while the neighbors guarantee greater security and can help with concerns such as short-term childcare." It is for this reason that we, as the developer of the quarter, want to provide its residents with the means to discover common interests and spend their free time together," said J. Skerla.

J. Skerla notices that young families choose cottages in Vilnius, and the Antežeriu quarter is no exception. "Couples who have or are planning to start a family are mostly interested. Another category of interested people is older people who have spent their whole life in an apartment building, but who want to be "closer to the land" and engage in gardening and horticulture on a small plot of land," says J. Skerla.

The Antežeriai settlement is located between Zujūnai and Gineitiškii, a few hundred meters from the northwestern border of the city of Vilnius. The private residential area has a developed infrastructure with paved roads, a shop, medical facilities, a tennis arena, private kindergartens, service companies and public transport.

Real estate developers note that the projects developed here are attractive due to the opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, smaller traffic flows and convenient communication with various places in Vilnius, which will improve even more after the construction of the designed Šiaurinė street.

"Grand House LT" implemented residential projects in Lazdynėliai, "Pavilnio alėja", "Pilaitė alėja", "Zujūnų namus" and others.
