In a public meeting, the Vilnius municipality will consider project proposals for a new business center in Naujininkai, near the roundabout of Tukstantmetis and Darius and Girėnos streets, on the way to the airport. This meeting is expected to be organized remotely.
"It is planned to demolish the existing residential building and build a new administrative building in its place. The building is designed to have 5 floors, with a basement. The entrance to the building and a semi-open parking lot are designed on the basement floor. Administrative rooms are planned on the ground 5 floors. 62 parking spaces are needed in the designed facility. 62 parking spaces are planned for the building.
