A new business center will be built in an unusual location

In a public meeting, the Vilnius municipality will consider project proposals for a new business center in Naujininkai, near the roundabout of Tukstantmetis and Darius and Girėnos streets, on the way to the airport. This meeting is expected to be organized remotely.

"It is planned to demolish the existing residential building and build a new administrative building in its place. The building is designed to have 5 floors, with a basement. The entrance to the building and a semi-open parking lot are designed on the basement floor. Administrative rooms are planned on the ground 5 floors. 62 parking spaces are needed in the designed facility. 62 parking spaces are planned for the building. Its layout: 30 spaces in the open parking lot, in front of the main facade of the building, in the southern part of the plot, 18 spaces in the semi-closed parking lot on the basement floor of the building, 14 spaces in the above-ground parking lot on the basement roof," the project proposals state about the proposed business center.
