By reviving this place together with Naresta, we will compensate for the damage done to the old town over the decades. We will create a green, comfortable space that matches the colors and architecture of the environment for the various needs of the residents. "Naresta" is our reliable partner, with whom we have already worked on more than one project, so we expect quality and reliability together with buyers and investors," said Viktoras Zubrecov, deputy director of RELEVEN.
"Sanguška Park" is being built on Žiupronių Street, near the Missionary Church and the intersection of Subačius and Daukša Streets. There will be 55 apartments, 11 recreational and 13 commercial and administrative premises. "Sanguška parkas" will offer sustainable A++ class apartments with an area of 30 to 224 square meters.
RELEVEN has already signed pre-sale agreements with 17 percent. buyers who have reserved building space.
