Modernizing padel infrastructure

Five years ago, when the padel game was just gaining momentum, padel arenas in Lithuania were located in spaces that were free at that time - with lower ceilings, without additional health services, in inefficient buildings. As alternatives appeared on the market, managers of padel arenas began to choose modern spaces where a wider infrastructure of active leisure can be offered.

According to A. Stražnicki, the potential location of the arena is also important for the lease transaction with "Urban HUB", within a radius of 5 km, over 169 residents live and work here, so it is important that such infrastructure is easily accessible by car or public transport, and for residents of the Vilnius district - and on foot. The infrastructure of the project is also important - from optimizing the maintenance costs of the premises to comfortable cars parking lots.

"Urban HUB" in Vilnius district, nearby Ukmergė st. construction work is almost finished. It is planned to complete the installation of decorative yellow and green facade elements in May, and to complete the small architectural details, landscaping, landscape and paths in June. 22 sq. m. over 000 businesses are planned to be located in the spaces, including a shopping center, leisure spaces, a pharmacy, various specialty stores and service providers, stock-office customers that combine office, retail and storage spaces.
