On January 30, the draw was held in the Swedish city of Malmö, after which it became clear which of the participating countries will appear in the semi-finals. The Big Five (Great Britain, Germany, Italy, France and Spain) and last year's winner Sweden will immediately appear in the final.
At the draw ceremony, it became clear that Lithuania will appear in the first semi-final and in the first half of this semi-final. In the first part of the first semi-final, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, Poland, Serbia and Ukraine. Australia, Azerbaijan, Finland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Moldova, Portugal and Slovenia will appear in the second part after the break. The first semi-final of the competition will be held on May 7.
