The company "Vilniaus miesto projektai" belonging to the "Lords LB Special Fund III" fund, which is managed by the company "Lords LB Asset Management" together with UAB "Eriadas", which has long-term experience in the construction of apartment buildings and the implementation of "co-living" projects, received a construction permit to build and develop a project of apartments with additional services in Vilnius, Drujos street.
The former buildings of the "Audeja" factory on Drujas Street in the capital will soon disappear. After they are demolished and the area prepared this summer, the first phase of construction will begin. First of all, four buildings will be built, where the apartments will not be for sale, but for rent.
"Residents who have rented apartments will have the opportunity to use common spaces, intended only for tenants: gym, work rooms, leisure space, recreation and meeting area, where communities will be organized events. Great attention will be paid to children - separate indoor and outdoor games and meeting places are planned for them. This will be the first "co-living" type project for young families, tenants, not only providing the comfort of a regular home, but also a package of additional services, community, ways of spending free time," said A. Pocienė.
It is planned to lay the foundations of the first apartment buildings on the territory of the "Audeja" factory by autumn, and to erect part of their structures this year. During the first construction phase (by the 2025th quarter of 257), 1 apartments will be fully equipped and furnished. During the project, 3-29 room apartments will be installed, the area of which will be from 66 to 30 square meters. meters. Almost XNUMX million will be used for the implementation of the entire first stage project. euro investments.

The block that will be built in place of the "Audeja" factory will be built according to the Breeam New Construction standard. This means that the buildings in it will be sustainable, energy efficient and meet international sustainability requirements.
The operation and maintenance of such structures are very efficient, so the fees for the utilities for the tenants will be small. At the same time, the mentioned standard also guarantees comfortable living conditions, for example, fresh air indoors, convenient infrastructure and the quality of the materials used.
