Galio Groupsubmitted project proposals for a mixed-use block in Rasos, in the territory of the "Audeja" factory.
255 apartments (block B), as well as commercial and administrative premises (block A) are being designed.
The first floors of block A, which will consist of two buildings, are planned for commercial purposes (trade, services), which will create active facades of Drujas and Subačiaus streets and can become an attraction point for the residents of the area. Office premises are planned from the second floor.
In block B, all six buildings are designed to be apartments of various sizes. Each building has one staircase with an elevator, which connects the above-ground volumes with the underground parking lot. All apartments are planned with balconies or terraces.
There are 580 underground car parking spaces in the underground parking lots, and an additional 66 in the above-ground parking lots.
Project proposals were prepared "AKETURI ARCHITECTS. Construction in the block is expected to start in 2022 at the earliest.
