The bonds were purchased by more than 40 private and institutional investors from all Baltic countries. The total amount signed by investors was almost 10,4 million. euros and exceeded the amount of bonds offered.
The funds collected during the bond issue will be used for the refinancing and development preparation stage of the real estate complex "Audejas" redevelopment project. The bond issue was organized by Redgate Capital, the legal advisor for the offering was the law firm Ellex Valiūnas ir partnersai, and the securities issue agent was Šiaulių bankas. Audifina has been appointed as trustee for the bondholders.
