The urban environment of the capital continues to change - in Markučiai, the redevelopment of the territory of the former "Audėjos" factory has begun. Currently, work is underway to remove old buildings in this area, and in the near future new objects will appear in the territory, which will help bring new life to the long-forgotten territory.In the photos provided, you can see how the old "Audės" buildings are collapsing.
Will build dormitories and a business center
The first and third phases will include co-living (dormitory-type) rental apartments. In the second phase, a business center is planned to be built closer to Drujos Street.
The company "Vilniaus miesto projektai" belonging to the "Lords LB Special Fund III" fund, which is managed by the company "Lords LB Asset Management" together with UAB "Eriadas", which has long-term experience in the construction of apartment buildings and the implementation of "co-living" projects, received a construction permit to build and develop a project of apartments with additional services in Vilnius, Drujos street.
